Questions about payment
Q1. I ordered through Paylogic,and registered, but broke off the registration. Can I still place the order?
A1. Yes, this is possible. You do this by going to the webpage again and re-ordering, this time logging in with your Paylogic Account instead of registering.
Q2. I would like to know the status of my order.
A2. You can check the status of your order and many other things at Paylogic Account Login, https://www.paylogic.nl/login
Q3. I would like to log in to Account Login, but do not have account.
A3. While placing an order through Paylogic you filled in a registration form. Paylogic reacted to this by sending you an email with your user name and a password for your Paylogic Account. Here the user name is identical to the email address that you specified.
Q4. I have lost the password to my Paylogic Account.
A4. On the log in screen of Account Login you can indicate that you have forgotten your password. Paylogic will verify your email address and then send you a new password.
Q5. I have placed an order through Paylogic, but have not received an email about it.
A5. Because of overly strict security of your e-mails, it is possible that your email provider thinks that the Paylogic email is spam or junk mail. In that case, the emails will have been placed in your spam or junk mail file. To prevent an email sent by Paylogic being regarded as spam or junk mail, you can inform your email provider that the email address clientcare@paylogic.nl can be accepted as a “safe” sender.
Q6. I have lost an email from Paylogic.
You can find all the emails that Paylogic has sent in your Paylogic Account. You can get there by logging in.
Q7. I have a question about Paylogic but it is not answered in the FAQ.

Contact by email: You can do this by logging in to your Paylogic account and asking your question at the menu-item “Helpdesk”. Paylogic Client Care will respond to your question as soon as possible.
Contact by telephone: You can ask your questions by contacting the Paylogic helpdesk by telephone at 0900-PAYLOGIC (0900-72956442). This is possible during office hours and costs 40 eurocents per minute.
